Projects

Designing caravans begins with analysing and clarifying client briefs, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints. I work closely with clients and internal teams to translate functional, aesthetic, and manufacturing needs into viable product solutions.

My role involves developing complete design systems, including layout planning, parametric 3D modelling, engineering documentation, and production-ready files. I apply industrial design principles, materials knowledge, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes to ensure designs are functional, compliant, and cost-effective.

I manage the full product development cycle, from concept development and prototyping to detailed CAD drawings, nesting, and CNC programming, supporting efficient production and quality control. My work bridges creative design, engineering accuracy, and practical manufacturing execution.

3D Model (Parametric)

I create parametric 3D CAD models that allow fast revisions and maintain accuracy across the full design, ensuring consistency for manufacturing and documentation.

3D Modeling

I develop detailed 3D models to validate layout, clearances, assembly logic, and component integration before production.

Master plans and Layouts Design

I translate project requirements into master plans and layouts, optimising space, functionality, ergonomics, and build feasibility.

Nesting and CNC programing

I prepare production-ready nesting layouts and CNC outputs to optimise material usage, improve cutting efficiency, and reduce manufacturing errors.

Interior Design

I design interior furniture and finishes with a balance of aesthetics and practicality, considering materials, usability, and manufacturing constraints.

Client Consultation, Sketching & Stakeholder Coordination

I work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, design briefs, and expectations. I develop initial concepts through sketches and visual proposals and present them for feedback. Based on technical, production, and budget considerations, I refine designs to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.

I generate CNC-ready files and workflows that support accurate cutting, consistent part output, and smooth handover to the workshop.

I support chassis design and coordination by considering structural requirements, packaging constraints, and integration with related systems and components.

I produce technical elevations to clearly communicate design intent, dimensions, and key construction details for workshop and production use.
